Why not in some countries flogging is legal, maybe public ******** would make minor offenders rethink their ways, not just because of the spanking, but because of the embarrassment it would cause. Heck some judges use embarrassment as a way to deter crimes, like making the person wear a sign on the street stating their crime. I see nothing wrong with a little humility being brought to the minor offender.
