If it is true, call the cops, that is against the law, and be careful he may be back.

Say nothing to your neighbor. If you see this again you should call the police pronto. This is a police matter.

Are you sure that it wasn’t your neighbor?
I suspect that some people have livestock for this very reason.

Not only morally are you obligated to at least mention it to your neighbor, but as a protection for them and their animals. Like you said, what else could this person do? We don’t know, next time a cow could get hurt, or could hurt this man. No harm could be done in mentioning it to them. definitely would be worth the awkward conversation.

An unsigned note might be in order unless you want to call the police. It is a crime

Oh yuck, sorry you had to see that. write your neighbor an annonymous letter or you can still call the police to report it. You can also call the ASPCA as this can be considered an animal abuse situation. Beastiality is illegal and yes its totally gross but really does happen. I can only imagine whom ever did that was drunk or just really sick minded.

i think the police first, what if it was the neighbour that was with the cow? the police should talk to them and you should remain anonymous.

That is very interesting. I think that would be a funny thing to experience (catching someone doing that).
Considering this ‘gentleman’ was caught in the act, and cows are dumb and stupid, I wouldn’t really worry about it. It would have to be something to mention to them for pure hilarity’s sake. You could introduce yourself to your neighbor, and break the ice with one heck of a starter topic.

Yeah, I think the only route would have been to call the police at the time. I definitely wouldn’t tell the neigbors, because it may have been one of them, and that’s super awkward… and maybe even dangerous.
But, it would be terrible if your neighbors didn’t know… I think a person could even give an animal an STD. That would probably make the meat worthless (ewww) and a whole cow is seriously expensive.
I would go to the police station (not call) and just ask to file a report of what you saw. That way, either they will be the ones notifying your neigbor, or if not, the next complaint will prompt them to.

well, there are no specific laws about having *** with farm or domestic animals, but technically it was indecent exposure. i would tell the neighbors about it, and inform law enforcement, because for the neighbors this could mean that somebody was tresspassing on their property, and because he was doing what he was doing, they should keep a close eye on their children. law enforcement should know about this because chances are, he is a definite *** addict, and *** addicts usually end up as rapists and child molesters. but please, if you see him doing it again, call the cops immedeately.

I hope you don’t consider this a rude comment, but to that cow, Mr. Barebutt’s appendage probably felt like a pretzel stick would to you. It’s probably just some guy who can’t get a date and to be honest I almost feel sorry for him. Yes, a tad disturbing, but if he can get his rocks off without raping a human being, I don’t personally see a problem. I guess it’s really your call, but if it were me, I would just have a funny story to tell at the workplace. I wouldn’t bother telling the farmer or the cops.

please do,imagine what this man can do if he gets his hands on a child or a girl that cant defend themselves. Also think about the animal, this creature did nothing wrong and was violated, how wrong can that be?!Please tell the police if u notice more suspecious actions notify local authorities, and if they do not take you serious then move the the next town.Remember, you were a witness for some reason. Please help prevent anything wrong. Think about it this way, if this man needs help, you’ll be doing him the favor of reaching help for him. And think about the animal rights….and most of all think about every incident or tragedy you’ll prevent.
Good Luck!

Tough, funny, and yes, spooky. First off, you will never, ever forget this. Second you will always suspect that guys who keep pets have secondary motives and third, there is nothing that you can do about it now. I suggest that you maybe drink a chai tea and buy yourself something pretty and then maybe get a manicure or something. Case closed.

OMG! I’m sure that poor heifer is scarred for life! She needs immediate therapy!
Hmmm.. on the other hand, maybe that heifer was asking for it… you just never know..big cow eyes, batting those long **** lashes at a guy…. I’ll get back to ya on this one…
OK, I’m sure she had to be asking for it. You should mind your own business. I talked to that guy and he told me how she had led him on with her feminine wiles. You are just jealous and happended to come upon a scene you wished YOU were on the recieving end of. Get over it.

if you are SURE it wasn’t your neighbor, you should tell your neighbor and go to the police as well. chances are that someone who violates an animal that way is trying to deal with sexual urges and is unsure of how to do so. in the past, this person may have abused children, but has since moved on to animals so he would not be reported. if some part of you believes it could have been your neighbor, go directly to the police.
bestiality is indeed a crime, punishable by a hefty fine and even time in prison. if i were you (being a huge animal advocate), in addition to telling the police, i would tell your local animal shelter/rescue team. they have officers on hand who work with the police department and are responsible for removing animals from unsafe conditions and prosecuting the people who mistreat them.
bottom line is you have to do soemthing. an innocent animal is in trouble and is being violated, and you happen to have seen it happening, which makes it your responsibility to try and remedy the situation. your post makes you sound like you love animals as well and are against those who violate them, so do the right thing and contact the police/your local animal shelter.

Was the cow complaining about it at the time? MOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
Forget about it. Better not to get involved. He who passes by and meddles with a matter that is not his own, is like one who grabs a dog by his ears. If you don’t know the meaning of this proverb, find a strange dog that you don’t know, and grab his ears to see what happens.
The sicko you mentioned will get his just reward, sooner or later, with or without your involvement. Even if you told your neighbor, what is he going to do? Put cowbells on all of his cows, or something?
If you ever see such a thing again, in the future you might focus your high beams on the freak, and lay on your horn until he runs away.

what, if the person you tell, happens to be the one that was doing it, and decides to shut your mouth? you saw no car on the road, and he was standing on a stool. do you think he jumped from a plane with a stool, or maybe it came from the house or barn. since no person was hurt,(yet) do yourself a favor, YOU SAW NOTHING.

YES to the police! this is a crime and should be reported best hold on to your funny bone (no pun intended) cause the police will probably not now what to make of it please let them know it is a crime Dahmer started buy killing animals. side note : I worked at a school in Utah that had many of these type of people mostly young boys that had been caught and confessed to molestation of some sort. the deviant behavior WILL escalate. stop him before he victimizes a young girl or boy. he chose his victim cause it was safe to him.

If this is a “real” story and not a joke then I would like to offer some suggestions and thoughts for you to consider. First yes this is disturbing as one other person put it. On so many levels this is abhorrent behavior. You need to consider that the person involved her is obviously sexually abnormal. ********** is not a new thing but it is still a sexual problem. Any thoughts on this guy maybe harming someone As opposed to some thing? A person as bold as this with these types of psychosis could easily be a sexual predator who preys not only on livestock but on children. or other people in general. I would not be shocked to find out a person who is cow humping isn’t a pedophile or a sexual ****** either. I would definitely report this to the police immediately. this person could be watching you while you sleep. maybe next time the livestock being harmed is you. Call the COPS..
